1. Who we are

SportsEvents.app (“we”) operates the padel tourism and training-camp platform in Portugal and Spain. Data controller: SportsEvents.app — contacts at /contacto and email info@sportsevents.app.

2. What data we collect

We may process, among others:

• Identity and contact data (name, email, phone, club/company)
• Quote requests and camp configuration data (hub, dates, participants, preferences)
• Booking and payment data (where applicable, via providers such as Stripe)
• Technical browsing data (essential cookies, security logs)

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Respond to contacts and quote requests (legitimate interest / pre-contractual)
• Manage bookings, payments and service delivery (contract performance)
• Comply with legal obligations (invoicing, accounting)
• Improve the site and security (legitimate interest)
• Commercial communications only with consent, where required

4. Data sharing

We may share data with providers needed to operate (accommodation, clubs, transfers, email/CRM tools, hosting, payments), always under confidentiality and only as necessary. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes above and applicable legal deadlines (including tax and commercial).

6. Your rights

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies in three categories: (1) Essential — required for the site to work (language, authentication, security), always on; (2) Analytics — aggregated usage measurement (e.g. Google Analytics), only with consent; (3) Marketing — campaigns and advertising (e.g. Google Ads), only with consent.

You can accept, reject or customise non-essential categories via the cookie banner, or reopen preferences anytime via the «Cookies» link in the footer. We use Google Consent Mode v2: until you consent, measurement/advertising tags stay in restricted mode (denied).
