Terms of Service

1. Subject

These Terms govern access to and use of the SportsEvents.app website and services for organising padel camps and experiences in Portugal and Spain (“Services”).

2. Services

SportsEvents.app provides commercial information, a custom camp builder, contact forms and, when published, event booking. Prices shown in the builder are estimates; the final quote is emailed after reviewing your request.

3. Requests and bookings

• Submitting a form or quote request is not by itself a binding contract until SportsEvents.app confirms in writing.
• Online paid bookings (when available) are subject to the event page conditions and payment processing.
• Hotel, court, coach and transfer availability depends on operational confirmation.

4. Client obligations

The client agrees to provide true and up-to-date information, follow partner hotel and club rules, and ensure appropriate participant behaviour. Damage caused by participants may be charged to the client / group.

5. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation, date-change and refund policies are set in each proposal / booking contract. Force majeure (including extreme weather, strikes or official restrictions) may lead to rescheduling or alternatives without additional SportsEvents.app liability beyond the contract.

6. Liability

SportsEvents.app organises experiences with independent partners (hotels, clubs, transport). To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to services we directly contract and foreseeable damage from culpable breach. We do not guarantee specific sporting outcomes.

7. Intellectual property

Brands, content, software and materials on the site belong to SportsEvents.app or their respective owners. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

8. Personal data

Personal data processing follows our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, Portuguese law applies. For consumer disputes, the client may use competent alternative dispute resolution bodies.
